We supply brand new Original Equipment turbochargers exactly as fitted by vehicle manufacturers, plus remanufactured turbos using only Original Equipment parts.

Demand for more power and economy with reduced emissions means most new turbocharged cars and commercial vehicles now use variable geometry turbos.

Such as Garrett’s VNT™ (Variable Nozzle Turbine), BorgWarner’s VTG™ (Variable Turbine Geometry) and Holset’s VGT™ (Variable Geometry Turbocharger). These turbos are highly complex, working harder with increasingly sophisticated engine management systems.

This complexity makes it impossible to remanufacture these turbos with any guarantee of reliability. To safeguard customers’ interests, BTN, as an official Garrett aftermarket distributor, now only supplies brand new Garrett VNT™ turbochargers.

Our office, warehouse and workshop complex covers an area of 27,000 sq ft allowing us to stock over 17,000 turbochargers.

Based in Uxbridge we are close to the M25, M4 and Heathrow airport, which means we can provide the service you need, efficiently and promptly.

Our remanufacturing policy
provides peace of mind.

When we do remanufacture traditional turbos, you can count on nearly 40 years’ experience and painstaking care. We use exclusively OE parts, to OE spec.

You can be confident the replacement turbo is identical to the original and exactly the same as you’d receive from an OEM — same quality and performance, with all settings correctly calibrated to the original specification.

We only remanufacture units that offer a significant saving over the price of a new turbo. When the cost of refurbishing a turbo is higher than the price of a new unit, it makes sense to supply the new one. Even if there is a marginal saving, we know most vehicle repairers would rather pay a slight premium for the peace of mind that comes from fitting a brand new turbo.
