One of the primary causes of failure when fitting a new turbocharger is oil starvation to the turbo bearings on engine start-up. BTN Turbo has developed new FitKits, which include an oil filled injector to ‘pre-prime’ the turbo before first start-up, helping to ensure trouble free installation and minimising the risk of failure.

BTN Turbo now supplies full fitting kits for 95% of our listed turbochargers:

• FitKits are supplied free of charge for both new and exchange turbos
• FitKits allow the turbocharger to be fitted straight from the box
• FitKits include studs, gaskets, oil filled injector and comprehensive fitting instructions
